This course contains 5 modules to help you collect, analyse, and communicate marketing data with confidence, including:
Before dashboards and deep dives, you need a solid understanding of what marketing data actually is, where it comes from, and how to work with it. You'll explore different data types, key metrics and acronyms, and get familiar with the analytics tools you'll use throughout the course. Practical checklists will help you audit your data sources and assess data quality - so you always know exactly what you're working with.
In this module, you'll learn how to align your data with business objectives and marketing goals, explore attribution models, and understand how data fits at every stage of the customer journey. With planning frameworks and real-world examples, you'll come away able to design campaigns informed by lots of insight.
Once you know what to look for, it's time to look for it. You'll uncover best practices for data collection, advanced segmentation techniques, and how to identify trends and opportunities within your data. You'll also get hands-on with dashboards and analysis tools and learn how to set them up in a way that actually supports actionable insight.
The real value of data is what you do with it. This module covers how to transform data insights into practical campaign ideas and optimisation opportunities, alongside the fundamentals of experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioural analytics. You'll come away confident in using insight to drive action, test ideas, and continuously improve performance.
In the final module, you'll learn how to visualise data clearly, craft compelling stories with insight, and communicate results in a way that genuinely influences decision-making. Drawing from real examples of successful stakeholder reporting, you'll gain a framework to build your own presentations with clarity and confidence

She specialises in tools including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, as well as data storytelling and visualisation.
