Marketing Administrator at Taylor Rose MW

Salary: £18,500 - £20,000

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Manage all aspects of administration within the Marketing Department including but not limited to:
    • Responding to employee, consultant and supplier enquiries by phone and email
    • Regularly update and maintain Marketing files and documents on the server
    • Maintain stock control, ordering and delivery of promotional items
    • Record orders and invoices and monitor expenditure against budget
  • Maintain content on the website and social media sites as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Provide project assistance to the Marketing Department
  • Maintain the firm’s list of memberships and accreditations and provide membership support as required
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Complete regular audits of website enquiries

  • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently
  • Ability to work as part of a team
